“If we value our children, we must cherish their parents.”

John Bowlby

Parenting is rarely what we expect. It’s filled with unexpected challenges, and when you’re raising a child with unique needs—whether neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or struggling with emotional regulation—the gap between expectation and reality can feel even wider. You might be processing a recent diagnosis, struggling to connect with your child in the way you imagined, or feeling overwhelmed by the balance of advocating for their needs while taking care of your own.

Maybe you’re in conflict with your partner about the best approach, triggered by your child’s emotions, hypervigilant about their behavior, or feeling judged in the eyes of others. I can help by meeting you exactly where you are with curiosity and empathy—whether you're deep in the challenges or just beginning to realize you need support to move forward.

While my clinical experience has focused on children and families with neurodivergence, my approach supports all parents seeking to better understand their child's behavior, strengthen their connection, and feel more confident in their parenting. I also enjoy working with anyone who is struggling to reconcile being a parent with how they were parented, or those for whom parenting is bringing up their own childhood trauma.
